Mr. R. Sindel concentrates in the areas of federal and state drug, capital murder, and state and federal appeals. In addition to trying cases throughout the State of Missouri, he has represented defendants in federal cases in Iowa, Illinois, Michigan, Tennessee, North Dakota, South Dakota and California. He has successfully argued appeals before every Missouri appellate court and the Second, Seventh and Eighth U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal. He has twice appeared before the United States Supreme Court, securing reversals for his clients in both instances.

Mr. C. Sindel concentrates in the areas of family law, personal injury, probate and estate administration. He has broad experience in civil litigation. He has successfully argued cases before the Missouri Courts of Appeal, the Missouri Supreme Court and the Eighth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.




Travis L. Noble, Jr.

Mr. Noble concentrates in the areas of DWI, federal and state drug charges and other felonies. He served as a police officer from 1985 until 1990 and a narcotics agent from 1990 until 1995. He has instructed in the areas of Narcotics Investigations, Forensics, Criminal Investigations, Police K-9, Standardized Field Sobriety Testing and DWI Investigations. As a result of ten years in law enforcement, he brings a unique outlook and background in the defense of persons charged with crimes. In addition to trying cases throughout the State of Missouri, he has represented defendants in both federal and state courts throughout the United States.




Stephanie Howlett

POSITION: Associate. Born St. Louis, MO September 25, 1973. Admitted to Missouri Bar (2000), Supreme Court of Missouri (2000), U.S. District Court Eastern District of Missouri (2000). Education: University of Missouri-Columbia (B.A. History, 1995), University of Missouri-Columbia(J.D. 1999)

MEMBER: The Missouri Bar Association, National Association of Criminal Defense Attorney. Prior to joining Sindel, Sindel & Noble, P.C. Stephanie Howlett was in practice with her father, Joe Howlett, former partner with Charles Shaw (deceased) in the prominent criminal law firm of Shaw and Howlett.

Kyle E. Walsh
