- Travis L. Noble was recently presented the Charles
M. Shaw Award for"Excellence in Trial Advocacy" by
the Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Mr.. Noble was the second principle of Sindel, Sindel& Noble
to be given this prestigious award. Richard H. Sindel
received the award in 2006, as well as the Atticus
Finch Award in 2000, also presented by the Missouri
Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, in appreciation
of his " courageous
contributions to the cause of justice."
- Charles Sindel recently secured a
verdict in the amount of 1.5 Million Dollars for the
family of a woman killed in a motorcycle accident in
Calhoun County, Illinois. Co-Counsel with Mr.. Sindel
was Fritz Faerber of Faerber and Anderson.
- Travis
Noble recently secured a jury verdict of NOT GUILTY
for a nurse charged with her 7th Driving While Intoxicated
offense. He recently secured a jury verdict of NOT
GUILTY for a client charged with his 5th DWI felony.
He has successfully tried DWI cases involving charges
of first offense DWI, Felony DWI and Murder Second
DWI cases.
- Richard Sindel recently prosecuted the case which
resulted in the release of Ellen Reasonover who had
been given a life sentence for murder. Ms. Reasonover
had been imprisoned for over 13 years. In connection
with her release, Mr. Sindel has appeared on The Today
Show, CNN and MSNBC as well as local television news
programs.
- Associate Kyle E. Walsh recently
secured a jury verdict of not guilty in Lincoln County,
Missouri, on behalf of a client charged with 3rd time
Felony Drug Possession. The jury returned the not guilty
verdict following 17 minutes of deliberations.
