Richard Sindel has been with the firm since 1977. His principal practice areas are federal and state criminal law, and cases involving federal and state drug charges, white collar, business crimes, fraud, internet, money laundering and similar cases, and appellate law. He has worked on death penalty cases in the state of Missouri since 1977, successfully tried the first death penalty since its reenactment into law, and argued the first death penalty case to appear before the U.S. Supreme Court. He is known around the country as one of a handful of attorneys with sufficient expertise to handle these complicated cases. Over the decades he has worked diligently to save his clients from the ultimate punishment.

Charles Sindel has been with the firm since 1978. His principal practice areas are personal injury, probate, creditors’ rights, and family law (divorce and divorce modifications, custody, and paternity). Charles has successfully argued cases before the Missouri Supreme Court and the Eighth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

Travis Noble has been with the firm since 1998. A former DEA Task Force Officer, Noble’s principal practice areas are federal and state drug cases, federal and state criminal cases, DWI, and business (white collar) crimes . He is not only highly skilled in mounting a defense to a broad range of federal and state criminal charges, but is known nationally as one of the country’s best DWI lawyers. Travis travels around Missouri and the entire U.S. and offers lectures to defense lawyers, prosecuting lawyers, and even police departments on the intricate details of DWI defense.

Stephanie Howlett has been with the firm since 2004. Her principal practice area is criminal defense, including state drug law, DWI, traffic law, felonies, and misdemeanors. She also has extensive experience in family law.
